The purpose of OG Pastor is to provide a forum for faithful, seasoned pastors (hence the term “OG”) to pass to the next generation of pastors the kind of character required to be a good shepherd to God’s people.

Dr. Jeff Spooneybarger
Jeff Spooneybarger heard God’s call into ministry at 15 and has served in various ministry positions in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Florida.
He received his M. Div from NOBTS and his D. Min in church planting and mobilization from Talbot. After seminary Jeff traveled as a full-time youth evangelist for 6 years before he was called to pastor First Baptist Church of Gulf Breeze, Fl. In his 18 years in Gulf Breeze, he has been heavily involved in local and international missions, started a church within a church (called Storypoint Church), and deeply rooted himself into the community. He is a volunteer firefighter, serves as chaplain for the county fire service, local police department and hospital. He spends his free time chasing fish with a speargun underwater or chasing elk and deer with a bow above sea level. He also enjoys driving anything that goes fast. 28 years ago, Jeff married Shannon, his high school sweetheart and together they have three adult children.
Dr. Larry Reesor
Founder and Global Ambassador of Global Focus
Dr. Larry Reesor
Larry Reesor is the Founder and Global Ambassador of Global Focus. His 58-year ministry has been highlighted by his vision and involvement in global evangelization.
His pastoral experience, coupled with his evangelistic and missions ministry, has uniquely prepared him for understanding and working with pastors and local churches both domestically and internationally.
He has traveled extensively to the mission fields of the world, motivating and mobilizing pastors and churches to greater missions vision and involvement. As a senior pastor, he led his churches to more expanded roles in global evangelization. He is committed to seeing local churches empowered for greater local and global impact.
Larry has led Global Focus to partnerships with the Southern Baptist International and North American Mission Boards, Operation Mobilization, and many other denominations and missionary organizations domestically and internationally. Global Focus has chapters in 23 countries and is presently engaged in a very rapid international expansion.
He and his wife, Sharon live in Darien, CT. They have one son, Landon, who is a church planter in the New York City area (Encounter Church).
Craig Bonelli
Local Missions Pastor, FBC Pensacola
Craig Bonelli
Craig and his family have been long-time members of Myrtle Grove Baptist Church. He and his wife Charlotte have been married for 26 years.
Charlotte is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She loves her patients and enjoys volunteering in the dental department of Health and Hope Clinic. Charlotte and Craig have four children.
Recently, the family returned from serving 15 years with the International Mission Board in Southeast Asia. Craig worked in logistics, primarily in Indonesia and Thailand. He now serves as the local missions pastor at First Baptist Church Pensacola.
