The Florida Baptist Convention is a network of churches that span the state with a staff team whose sole purpose is to come right beside Florida Baptist churches and pastors. Our dedicated staff team serves in every region of the state and is committed to advancing the Gospel in our state, our nation, and our world.
We are governed by a Board of Directors made up of ordained lay leaders whose main purpose is to implement decisions made by the votes of Florida Baptists at our annual State Convention meeting.

Pastorsworkshop, its online Seminary and many resources exist to provide encouragement, vision and ministry tools to Christian leaders around the world. Of special focus are those in ministry who will have no other access to Seminary-level content, whether they choose to enroll as online students or take stand-alone courses to enhance their skills. Scholarships are available to those in cultures with no resources for the tuition. Courses also available in Spanish and other languages..
